for members of the Public
Employees Retirement System. Our
mission is to
continue to provide the highest degree of unbiased, comprehensive education
and information regarding the Oregon Public
Employees Retirement System.
Jesse
has been helping clients manage their money since 1987. He
held a variety of licenses, including: Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and a Life, Health & Variable Annuities Endorsement. He
was registered in both Oregon and Washington.
In 1997 Jesse founded Market Street Capital Management LLC (MSCM),
a local money management company built to serve individual and corporate clients.
At MSCM we specialize in designing, building and executing an investment strategy that is tailored for the individual’s specific goals and objectives. We value helping people understand the fundamentals of investing. MSCM has been providing investment education through our proprietary investment education workshops for participants in 401(k) plans and investment clubs since 1994.
Prior to MSCM, Jesse served as a
Vice President - Investments, and Retirement
Planning Specialist with Morgan Stanley Dean
Witter. He has been nationally ranked
and received numerous awards, in addition to
achievements in lump-sum distribution,
401(k), retirement plans, and estate planning.
Jesse has been featured on KGW and KOIN Television News regarding various financial issues. He has initiated and developed investment club workbooks, and fundamental financial education information for the advancement of knowledge within investment clubs. He has also created workbooks for the retirement and college savings market.
Jesse is a semi-active inventor who enjoys golf, competitive water & snow skiing, reading, and spending time with his family.
